The ideal candidate is fluent in Portuguese and English, has a strong background in hospitality, and excels at problem-solving and building relationships with guests. Qualificações

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Lisbon, with flexibility to work weekends and shifts (on-site role)
• Experience in hospitality, reception, or tourism
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Guest-centric approach with excellent people skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
• Support daily operations across departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping
• Manage reservations, guest communications, and daily operational tasks
• Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate and share information effectively
