Job Overview
The Community & Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Outsite in Sagres, ensuring guests have a great experience, the accommodation remains in excellent operating condition, and community engagement is encouraged, all while maximizing the brand’s growth.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality and/or operations
- Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be proficient in communications; both verbal and written
- High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done
- Team player
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Must have a high level of customer service and a customer‑centric disposition
- Must have great social skills and sound judgment in practical matters
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be okay working in a hybrid setting: both on‑site and remote work will be required
- Must be based in or near Sagres
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Management
- Welcoming and communicating with guests, whether that is through messages or in person
- Answering guests’ questions and concerns prior to and during their stay in a timely manner
- Ensuring guests follow Outsite rental rules and policies
- Regularly monitoring and maintaining the Net Promoter Score (NPS) at desired levels, while systematically reviewing all customer feedback to foster improvement
- Overseeing and ensuring that the guest experience meets established quality standards and best practices
Property Management
- Conducting regular room and property inspections
- Staging and organizing properties as required
- Supervising and training cleaning staff
- Managing the housekeeping schedule to enhance efficiency and control costs
- Keeping essential amenities and supplies stocked by monitoring inventory, handling deliveries, and submitting purchase orders
- Ensuring all items on the property are in good working condition
- Coordinating and overseeing necessary maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Hiring, scheduling, and working with vendors as needed
- Resolving issues and tracking problem resolution
- Monitoring expenses and budgets
- Being available for property emergencies
Community Management
- Posting at least once a month on the Member Hub and answering questions promptly.
- Moderating the WhatsApp group, posting, and responding to questions quickly.
- Planning, organizing, and attending at least one weekly gathering with guests

Potential Start Date: December 2025
Time Commitment: 20 hours per week
