Numa on-site Operations Coordinator for Lisbon Serviced Apartments ensures guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house processes meet standards. You work with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and our remote Guest Experience Team to keep the property running smoothly.

You thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, translate guest feedback into action, manage daily briefs, inventory and schedules, and communicate clearly across teams to deliver a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications

• English & Portuguese fluency up to B2 level.
• Attention to detail and prioritisation for guest satisfaction.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work away from the desk.
• Structured management of BOH inventory, maintenance tickets and daily briefings.

Responsibilities

• Obsess over guest rooms with daily room checks and improvements using our tech stack.
• Run daily operations: monitor arrivals, housekeeping briefings, walk public areas, manage maintenance and partner services.
• Spot, report, own issues by analyzing guest feedback and root causes to fix them.
• Structure Back of House: manage storage, stock, deliveries and assist ICT team on-site.
• Keep the team informed: log issues, escalate on-site developments, update internal databases and listings.
