Job summary

Lisbon Serviced Apartments is seeking an on-site Operations Coordinator to ensure flawless guest spaces and a smooth, tech-enabled hotel model. You will work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and our remote Guest Experience Team to maintain brand standards and proactively address on-site requests.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hospitality operations experience, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills to bridge remote teams and on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese up to B2 level.
• Guest-obsessed mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive ownership and autonomous problem solving.
• Hands-on approach; comfortable working away from a desk.
• Structured handling of back-of-house inventory and tickets.
• Strong communication to coordinate remote GX team and on-site staff.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Hospitality industry experience in operations/housekeeping/guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous daily room checks and lead on improvement projects with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Monitor arrivals, oversee daily housekeeping briefings, and ensure public areas are pristine.
• Spot, report, and fix discrepancies before impacting guest experience; analyze reviews daily.
• Manage back-of-house operations, stock, deliveries, and liaise with ICT team for on-site tech needs.
• Keep teams informed by logging issues and escalating on-site developments as needed.
