Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert in Lisbon to support premium digital subscribers. You will manage sign-ups and renewals, resolve billing and technical issues, and explain AI tools across social and messaging platforms.

Training is provided in an international environment. This on-site role offers a structured first year, with a 12-month expectancy and potential for permanent contract after two years.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent required.
• Interest in technology, social media, subscriptions, and AI-powered services.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Problem solving and ability to handle customer enquiries.
• Willingness to make outbound calls when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing, and subscription plan changes.
• Support users with account management and technical issues.
• Explain premium features, subscription benefits, and AI tools.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve enquiries when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving the customer experience.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
