Job summary

Quantivos in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert to support premium digital subscriptions. You will handle sign-ups, renewals, billing, and account management, while resolving technical issues and presenting AI-powered features.

The role includes structured training, 40-hour weeks, and a monthly package of €1,248.33 gross plus a €200 monthly performance bonus. On-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills for customer inquiries.
• Willingness to make outbound calls when required.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing, and subscription plan changes.
• Support users with account management and technical issues.
• Explain premium features, subscription benefits, and AI tools.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve inquiries when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving the customer experience.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
