Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing enquiries, and plan changes.
• Provide support with account management and technical issues across social media, messaging, and AI apps.
• Explain premium features, subscription benefits, and AI-powered tools.
• Make targeted outbound calls to support customer engagement and subscription-related processes.
• Identify recurring issues and share user feedback to improve the service.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
