Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Operations Customer Expert to support subscribers of a premium digital service. You will help manage subscriptions, resolve billing and technical issues, and explore AI tools across social platforms.

Training is provided to succeed in this international environment. The role is on-site in Lisbon with rotating 40-hour weeks, starting November 9, 2026.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Interest in technology, social media, subscriptions, and AI-powered services.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer enquiries.
• Willingness to make outbound calls when required.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist subscribers with sign-ups, renewals, billing, and subscription plan changes.
• Support users with account management and technical issues.
• Explain premium features, subscription benefits, and AI tools.
• Make targeted outbound calls to resolve enquiries when needed.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving the customer experience.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards.
