Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team. You will act as the brand ambassador for Polish-speaking clients, handling questions and service issues via phone, email, and live chat to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Open to fresh graduates with full paid training, you will work 5 days a week in a modern Lisbon office with rotational shifts from 07:00 to 21:00.

Qualifications

• Polish fluent with strong written and spoken English (B2).
• Fresh graduates welcome; full onboarding provided.
• On-site in Lisbon with rotational shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main ambassador for Polish-speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, professionally and empathetically.
• Log interactions accurately in CRM and cooperate with team to improve workflows.
