Job summary

Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our on-site team. You will be the frontline contact for users of a premier global social media platform, providing Ukrainian-language support with English guidance as needed, and you may relocate to Lisbon with our relocation package.

Full training is provided, with a 40-hour workweek across five days and rotating shifts from 07:00 to 00:00. The role offers growth into QA or leadership roles as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Native-level Ukrainian language required with fluent English (B2) for internal communications.
• Must be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, EU citizenship or valid residence status.
• Customer-facing experience preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
• Flexible schedule with rotating shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide Ukrainian-language user support via email and live chat, handling inquiries professionally.
• Diagnose and resolve login issues, privacy setting adjustments, and site navigation questions.
• Identify platform issues and assist with bugs or account challenges to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Maintain high standards of service, meeting quality targets while remaining empathetic and helpful.
