Cross Border Talents is seeking an Outbound English Sales Advisor for our Lisbon team. You will reach out to new potential clients through outbound calls, guiding them through the sign-up process and delivering a consultative, customer-focused experience.

The role requires fluent English (C2), strong sales skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers. Training is provided, with a 1-month probation and a Portuguese employment contract.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required (C2 level).
• Cold calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
