Cross Border Talents is seeking an outbound English Sales Advisor to join our Lisbon-based sales team. You will identify and engage potential business clients in the English-speaking market through outbound calls, guiding them through the sign-up process and delivering a strong and engaging customer experience.

Training consists of about 15 working days, 8 hours daily, delivered in English, with emphasis on products, systems, and customer management across phone, email and chat channels.

Qualificações

• Fluent English communication at least C2.
• Cold calling experience required.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong pitching and presentation skills.
