Cross Border Talents is seeking an outbound English Sales Advisor to join its Lisbon sales team. You will reach out to potential business clients in the English-speaking market through outbound calls, guiding prospects through the sign-up process and delivering a strong, engaging customer experience.

The role requires fluent English (C2), mandatory cold calling experience, and solid consultative selling and discovery skills.

• Fluent English communication at C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and engage potential new clients through outbound calls.
• Identify sales opportunities and understand client needs.
• Guide prospects through the sign-up process.

• Handle objections and overcome sales barriers.
• Identify business potential through effective questioning and discovery.
