Cross Border Talents seeks an outbound English Sales Advisor to engage potential business clients in the English-speaking market. You will lead outbound calls, support sign-ups, and deliver a compelling customer experience, with eligibility to work in Portugal and ability to work in Lisbon being mandatory.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong questioning, and the ability to influence decision-makers. Training will cover company systems, products, and multichannel customer management.

Qualificações

• Fluent English communication (C2 level).
• Cold Calling experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and engage potential new clients through outbound calls.
