Cross Border Talents is seeking an Outbound English Sales Advisor to join our Lisbon-based sales team. You will focus on identifying and engaging potential business clients in the English-speaking market, using outbound calls and guiding them through the sign-up process.

You will receive about 15 days of English-language training (8 hours/day) and work a 40-hour week on a 12-month temporary contract with potential extension and then a permanent contract after 2 years.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C2 level) required.
• Cold calling experience is mandatory.
• Strong sales and communication abilities.
• Experience with consultative selling.
• Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
• Good business acumen with ability to spot opportunities.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media helpful.
• Strong pitching and presentation skills.
