Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon is hiring Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to join a diverse, on-site team. You will deliver high-quality chat and email support to Ukrainian-speaking members, assist with access, security settings, and feature queries.

The role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining a safe community, and meeting performance metrics. Candidates should be native or fluent in Ukrainian with strong English (B2+), be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, and be ready for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Ukrainian with strong English (B2) for internal comms and training.
• EU work authorization: living in Lisbon or willing to move with valid Portuguese residency or refugee status.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, onboarding and training provided.
• Willingness to work in a high-energy, rotating shifts environment.

Responsibilities

• User Support: assist Ukrainian-speaking users via chat and email, resolving access issues and inquiries.
• Technical Support: diagnose and fix software glitches and profile problems for a smooth user journey.
• Community Safety: explain guidelines and safety protocols to maintain secure, respectful environment.
• Service Excellence: handle tickets efficiently, with empathy and professional conduct, meeting targets.
