Job summary

Ignite in Lisbon seeks Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisors to support users of a global social media platform. This on-site role offers 40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break and a 7-day rotating schedule, and a relocation package for qualified candidates.

You will handle live chat and email inquiries, assist with account access and privacy settings, uphold community guidelines, and deliver empathetic service. Training is provided, and English (B2) is used for team communication.

Qualifications

• Native Ukrainian, fluent English (B2) for team communication.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon with EU citizenship/Portuguese residence or refugee status.
• Experience in customer support is welcomed but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• User Assistance: provide live chat and email support to Ukrainian-speaking users, resolving account access issues and privacy questions.
• Technical Support: investigate errors and glitches to ensure a reliable platform experience.
• Community Safety: communicate policy guidelines to promote a safe, respectful environment.
• Service Excellence: resolve tickets promptly with empathy while meeting quality benchmarks.
