Job summary

Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Customer Advisor for an on-site, full-time role. You will assist users via chat and email, resolving access and security issues while maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates are native Ukrainian speakers with strong English (B2+), willing to relocate, and ready to work a rotating 40-hour schedule with shift coverage from 07:00 to 00:00. Comprehensive onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Ukrainian language as native or fluent; strong English (B2+) for internal comms.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon with valid EU residency or permit.
• Customer service experience is a plus, onboarding provided.
• Flexible to a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ukrainian-speaking users via chat and email, handling account access and security inquiries.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software glitches and account issues.
• Educate users on network guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a secure community.
• Handle user tickets efficiently while meeting operational and quality metrics.
