Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to be based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering exceptional service in an international environment.

The role requires fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+); French or Dutch are valued. You will work rotating shifts from 07:30 to 20:00, with weekends off, and participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program in a multicultural workplace.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: native/high fluency in Italian plus strong English (B2+); Dutch or French also acceptable.
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working hours: rotational shifts Mon–Fri, 07:30–20:00.
• Schedule: weekends off.
• Soft skills: active listening, clear communication, problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document and manage customer interactions in the system.
