Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional service in an international environment.

The role requires multilingual fluency (Italian, French, Dutch or English) and the ability to work on-site in Lisbon, with rotating shifts from 07:30 to 20:00 and weekends off. You will document interactions, collaborate with teams, and participate in onboarding.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian, French, Dutch or English (B2+).
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Rotational shifts Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 20:00.
• Weekends off.
• Excellent listening, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
