You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries and requests while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires native or high fluency in Italian, French, or Dutch, plus strong English (B2+). Work hours are rotation, Monday to Friday, with weekends off and a comprehensive onboarding

• Native or high fluency in Italian, French, or Dutch with strong English skills (B2+).
• Or strong English proficiency on its own.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
