Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s Lisbon team. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires multilingual fluency (Italian, French or Dutch) with strong English (B2+), on-site work in Lisbon, and rotating shifts Monday to Friday. Weekends are off, with a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training program.

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in French with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2+)
• Or English alone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
