Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join the on-site team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first line of contact for customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat while delivering exceptional service in an international setting.

The role requires native or high fluency in Italian, plus strong English skills (B2+). Additional proficiency in French and Dutch is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Native or high fluency in French, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Native or high fluency in Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
