Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires fluency in multiple languages (Italian, French, Dutch or English) and willingness to work on-site with rotating shifts. Weekend work is not required, and there is a comprehensive training program provided.

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in French with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2+)
• Or just English proficiency suffices

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support with professionalism and empathy.
• Document and manage customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
