Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

The role is on-site in Lisbon with rotational hours Monday to Friday, weekends off, and a comprehensive onboarding program. Fluent Italian, French, or Dutch with strong English skills is required to deliver outstanding support in a multicultural workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, with customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and handle rotational shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely support and resolve inquiries with empathy.
• Document interactions in the system and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
