The role involves assisting consumers and business users with account, billing, product, and technical issues, delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will communicate across multiple channels, troubleshoot problems, guide users on features, and work within a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Lisbon on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have solid English language proficiency (C1–C2).
• Experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk roles is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities
