Ideal candidates have excellent English, some technical support experience or AI tool certifications, and a customer-focused, proactive mindset. You must be on-site in Lisbon with valid work authorization for Portugal.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous technical support experience or certifications in AI tools.

• Confidence in solving problems and learning new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Help customers resolve account access, billing and invoicing issues.
• Guide individual and business users through the platform and its features.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, document cases and elevate when necessary.
• Provide clear, helpful and professional support across multiple customer service channels.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience within an international team.
