Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist for our Insurance Project to be the main contact for policyholders and prospective customers, delivering clear, professional support across phone, email, and live chat.

You will explain insurance products, assist with policy details, guide customers through claims and billing inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless, compliant customer experience onsite in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) required or strongly preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service or tech customer support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, customer-oriented support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, renewals, and billing questions.
• Explain insurance products, terms, and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Guide customers through the claims process and provide relevant information.
• Record interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth experience.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during all interactions.
• Keep up-to-date with insurance products and regulatory changes through training.
