BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an Insurance Project in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for policyholders and prospects, delivering clear, accurate assistance on policies, billing, claims, and account updates.

Role focuses on resolving inquiries with a customer-first approach, supporting continuous training on insurance products and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• 0-1 year of CS or Tech CS experience.
• Excellent communication and client-support abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-oriented support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, renewals, and billing questions.
• Explain insurance products and procedures in clear terms.
• Guide customers through claims with helpful information and guidance.
• Record interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures and collaborate with internal teams.
