This role emphasizes delivering accurate policy information, guiding claim steps, handling billing questions and account updates, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• 0–1 year experience in CS or Tech CS.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-oriented support via phone, email, chat.
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage, renewals, and billing.
• Explain insurance products, terms, and procedures clearly.
• Guide customers through the claims process with information and support.
• Record interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures.
