Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Customer Specialist for the Insurance Project to be the main contact for policyholders and prospective customers, delivering clear, professional support across phone, email, chat, and other channels.

You will guide customers through coverage details, claims steps, billing questions, and account updates while maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance, in a bilingual environment with structured shifts and onsite collaboration.

Qualificações

• 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS.
• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client-support abilities.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and customer-oriented support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, account modifications, renewals, and billing-related questions.
• Clearly explain insurance products, services, terms, conditions, and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Guide customers through the claims process by answering questions and providing relevant information and support.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and case outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant departments in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards during all customer interactions.
• Keep up to date with insurance products, industry regulations, internal procedures, and service updates through continuous training and development.
