Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 and English at B2 or higher.
• Experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support brokers by responding to inquiries and directing them to information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
