CloserHire is partnering with a global leader to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support clients in managing policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

This is a full-time on-site role in central Lisbon with relocation support, training, performance incentives, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Native-level French (C2) and English proficiency (B2).
• Experience in customer service for insurance or similar sectors.
• Able to handle calls, chats and emails with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the policy administration system.
• Draft and send responses to emails and letters with policy information.
• Manage policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets.
