Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist for the Insurance Project to be the primary contact for policyholders and prospects, providing clear, professional assistance on policies, claims, billing, and account updates.

You will work with a multilingual team, using phone, email, and live chat to ensure accurate information, resolve issues, and uphold service standards, with onsite shifts in Lisbon and EU eligibility.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• 0-1 year of experience in CS or Tech CS
• Strong communication and analytical mindset
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, customer-oriented support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, renewals, and billing questions
• Explain insurance products, terms, and procedures clearly
• Guide customers through the claims process and provide relevant information
• Record interactions and outcomes in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Follow policies and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on products and regulations through training
