Cb Talents Sp in Lisbon is hiring Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology. You will receive paid training in English and a monthly gross salary simulation.

The role offers a 12-month contract with a path to a permanent contract, private health and dental insurance after signing, and 22 days of holiday with a compensation day for public holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player.
• Calm in tricky situations, with good de-escalation skills.
• A fast learner.
• Able to work 40 hours/week (8 hours/day plus a 1-hour lunch break) on a rotating shift.

Aufgaben

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support
• Create great customer experiences. Your main KPI is CSAT (customer satisfaction).
