Job summary

Cb Talents is hiring for Customer Experts (English Market) to support SMBs for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology, in Montijo, Portugal.

You will receive paid training in English and a total monthly gross package around €1,237.83 including base salary, allowances and meal benefits. The role is 40 hours/week on rotating shifts with a 12-month contract and a path to permanency.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1)
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player
• Calm in tricky situations with good de-escalation skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive information
• A fast learner

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support
• Create great customer experiences. Your main KPI is CSAT (customer satisfaction)
