Job summary

CB Talents is recruiting for a Customer Expert (English Market) to support small and medium-sized businesses from Lisbon in a globally leading social media and digital advertising company.

The role focuses on chat, email and phone support, helping customers maximise self-serve advertising tools, with a 12-month contract and a path to permanent employment, plus private health and dental insurance after signing. 40 hours per week in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player.
• Calm in tricky situations with good de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Fast learner and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
• Create great customer experiences with CSAT as a key KPI.
