Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is hiring Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium businesses for a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology. You’ll handle chat, email and phone support.

This 12-month contract includes paid training, a monthly gross salary around €1,237.83 plus holiday and Christmas allowances and a meal allowance, plus private health and dental insurance after signature and 22 days of holiday. Rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English (C1 minimum)
• Empathetic, helpful, team-oriented
• Calm under pressure with good de‑escalation skills
• Able to handle sensitive information
• Quick to learn new tools and processes

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone
• Help customers get the most from self-serve digital advertising
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support
• Create great customer experiences with a focus on CSAT
