You’ll handle chat, email and phone support, help customers maximise self-serve advertising tools, and deliver pre- and post-sales assistance with a focus on CSAT.

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a real team player.

Responsibilities

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
• Help them get the most from self-serve digital advertising.
• Provide pre- and post-sales, product and tool support.
