Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking Customer Experts (English Market) to support small and medium businesses from Lisbon as part of a global leader in social media and digital advertising technology.

You will handle chat, email and phone support, helping clients maximize self-serve advertising tools while delivering excellent service. The role offers a 12-month contract with potential for permanence, paid training, and health insurance after signing.

Competenze

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a team player.
• Calm in tricky situations with good de‑escalation skills.
• Fast learner.

Mansioni

• Support small and medium-sized businesses by chat, email and phone.
