WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative. This on-site, full-time role involves outbound calls to connect with potential business clients, guiding them through the sign-up process and driving platform adoption.

You will identify business needs, engage decision-makers, present digital solutions, handle objections, and expand new sales opportunities in an international environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year of B2B or outbound sales experience.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable in a target-driven sales environment.
