WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-Speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential business clients and drive growth on our global online platform.

You will handle outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through sign-up, with a performance-based bonus up to 200 EUR and a transparent fixed compensation package. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive total monthly package.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking; target-driven environment.
