WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential business clients and drive growth for a global online community platform. This on-site role offers a clear path to develop skills in digital marketing, sales strategy, and client engagement.

You will handle outbound calls, qualify opportunities, manage a CRM, and work toward personal and team targets while earning a base salary with allowances and a performance bonus.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
