WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential clients and drive growth on-site. The role offers a full-time schedule, with rotating shifts and a base salary plus allowances and a performance-based bonus.

You will identify business needs, engage decision-makers, and guide clients through the sign-up process while maintaining a robust CRM-driven sales pipeline.

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs with probing questions and consultative selling.
• Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
• Guide prospects through sign-up and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and organize leads in the CRM and sales pipeline.
