Pleo, a fast-growing expense management SaaS company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for our Lisbon hub. You’ll drive growth in the DACH region, building a strong pipeline through cold outreach, social, and email strategies.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and our marketing/partnerships teams while reporting to the SDR Manager Central Europe. Based in Lisbon with relocation support, you’ll join a 850+ team of diverse nationalities, enjoying hybrid and remote options,

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Ability to work toward revenue targets and KPIs.
• German and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach to senior finance leaders.
• Qualify potential deals before passing them to Account Executives.
• Nurture relationships with Prospects.
• Use best in class tools for creative prospecting.
• Enable others and share best practices to learn as a team.
• Work towards achieving daily and weekly revenue targets.
