Cross Border Talents is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Lisbon, Portugal. This full-time role involves outbound outreach, guiding clients through onboarding, and presenting digital advertising solutions to grow partner networks.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English (C1/C2), ready to relocate to Lisbon, and eager to learn through a comprehensive paid training program. Competitive monthly bonuses and a health plan are provided.

Qualificações

• Language: English (C1/C2 or native).
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (EU work authorization).
• Good communication and consultative selling approach.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach) to reach new potential business clients.
• Guide potential clients through finalizing their sign-up and onboarding process.
• Understand client needs, present strategic solutions, and effectively handle objections.
• Manage and pipeline prospective accounts to meet monthly goals.
