Job summary

Tally is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and generate leads, manage outreach to potential clients, and qualify opportunities to support revenue growth. This full-time on-site role is based in Lisbon.

The SDR will work closely with the sales and business development teams to drive client engagement and contribute to growth in a dynamic, early-stage environment. Proficiency in English and CRM tools is valued.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and sales processes.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• 3+ years in sales experience is a plus.
