Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential clients and drive growth for a leading global online community platform.

This on-site, full-time role offers a base salary of €1,000 gross per month (14-month) with a total fixed gross of €1,320.67 and a performance bonus up to €200. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 English level.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
