WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential business clients and drive growth on our global online community platform.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, full-time, with a base salary of €1,000 gross per month plus allowances and a performance-based bonus up to €200. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of B2B or outbound sales experience and fluent English (C1/C2).

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• Experience with cold calling and managing sales pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Engage with decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
• Guide potential clients through the sign-up process.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
