Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking B2B outbound sales representative to reach out to potential business clients, qualify opportunities, and help them complete the sign-up process on the platform.

You will engage decision-makers, present digital solutions, manage a CRM pipeline, and work toward daily and team targets in an on-site, full-time role with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 Level English.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities
